Genome Explorations was featured in The Memphis Daily News about how we’re searching for the genetic code to cancer. The feature, posted on November 15, has founder of Genome Explorations Dr. Divyen Patel discussing the various technologies and services that Genome has to offer and the types of institutions we serve.
“The ultimate goal is to actually utilize that data to then come up with tailor-made therapies for that disease,” Patel said.
Clients include research hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, biotech companies, professors and universities worldwide.“
A lot of these services have been – and should be – commoditized, in which case you don’t want everybody doing this on their own in their own institution,” said Robert Williams, director of the Center for Integrative and Translational Genomics with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a member of the scientific advisory board for Genome Explorations.https://www.memphisdailynews.com/news/2011/nov/14/genome-explorations-searches-genetic-code-for-cancer-cause/
